This Baker's Pride P22S Electric Pizza and Pretzel Oven is ideal for baking pizza, pretzel, flat breads, pastries and bakery products. The single chamber oven offers (2) cordierite hearth decks to bake directly on or screens, pans and baking sheets can also be used. The hearth stone decks are easily removed for cleaning or replacement from the 3-1/4 inch high deck. The P22S is constructed with a stainless steel exterior and a corrosion resistant aluminized steel interior welded to form a single unitized body. The oven is fully insulated and offers a temperature range between 284 degrees F and 680 degrees F. Two independent, operator controlled incoloy heating elements provide balanced baking results from the top and bottom. The oven also has a 15 minute electric timer with continuous ring alarm and manual shut off.
