The clear polycarbonate allows for liquids to drain directly into the food pan below for easy disposal and clean up. Features a temperature range of -40°F to 210°F (-40°C to 99°C) and is compatible with full size pans (12CW, 14CW, 16CW & 18CW). Food pans are sold separately.
