Cabinet features exclusive cool-to-touch Insulation Armour, which insulates the cabinet and protects employees from hot surfaces. Its durable polymer exterior insulates the cabinet and is dent, impact and stain resistant. This mobile, full height cabinet comes with dutch clear polycarbonate doors and 5 inch casters.
The entire module is removable without tools for easy cleaning and servicing. The cabinet is thermostatically controlled up to 200°F. Comes with universal wire slides on 3 inch centers and is adjustable on 1-1/2 inch increments. Cabinet has a pan capacity of (18) 18 inch by 26 inch pans or (34) 12 inch by 20 inch by 2-1/2 inch pans.
