The True TFP-64-24M-D-4 Solid 4 Drawer Sandwich / Salad Refrigerated Prep Table is designed using the highest quality materials and components to provide the user with colder product temperatures, lower utility costs and exceptional food safety. Equipped with (24) 1/6 size, 4 inch deep, polycarbonate pans, the countertop pan opening is designed to fit varying size pan configurations up to 6 inches deep. The TFP-64-24M-D-4 has a white 8 inch deep removable cutting board made of sanitary, high density, NSF approved polyethylene to provide a tough preparation surface. The stainless steel, patented, foam insulated hood and lid keep pan temperatures colder, lock in freshness, and minimize condensation. The food prep mega top has an all stainless steel front, top and sides with a matching aluminum finished back. The refrigerator features (4) front facing stainless steel drawers. Each drawer is fitted with a 12 inch long recessed handle and accommodates (2) full size 12 inch x 20 inch x 6 inch deep food pan. The drawers will also support varying size food pan configurations with divider bars. Each drawer and magnetic drawer gasket is removable for easy cleaning. The cabinet has an attractive interior with a white coated aluminum liner, stainless steel floor, and covered corners. The entire cabinet structure and drawer facings are foamed-in-place using Ecomate. Ecomate is a high density polyurethane insulation that has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP). The oversized, environmentally friendly (134A), patented forced-air refrigeration system holds 33F to 41F (.5C to 5C) in food pans and cabinet interior. The sealed, cast iron, self-lubricating evaporator fan motor and larger fan blades give True food prep units a more efficient, low velocity, high volume airflow design.
