The True TRCB-72 Flat Top Four Drawer Refrigerated Chef Base is designed using the highest quality materials and components to provide the user with colder product temperatures, lower utility costs and exceptional food safety. True utilizes stainless steel with a high tensile strength to minimize dents and scratches to the front, sides and top. The flat cabinet top is designed of one piece construction. It supports up to 1084 pounds. The back of the unit is a matching finished aluminum. Each of the (4) drawers can accommodate (2) full size (12 inch long by 20 inch wide by 4 inch deep) food pan. The drawers can also accommodate a wide variety of incremental pan size configurations. The entire cabinet structure and solid doors are foamed-in-place using Ecomate. Ecomate is a high density polyurethane insulation that has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP). A minimum clearance of 4 inches is required between the bottom of the cooking equipment heating element and the TRCB top.
